Processing Time
All items are handmade and typically ship within 3–5 business days. You’ll be notified if there are any delays. You’ll receive tracking info via email once your order is on its way.

Shipping Rates & Delivery
We offer free U.S. shipping on orders $35 and up!
For orders under $35, shipping rates are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.

Estimated Delivery Times (U.S. Only):

🌸 Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days

🌸 Priority Shipping: 2–3 business days (if selected at checkout)

Shipping Carriers
Orders are shipped via USPS. Tracking numbers are provided once your package has shipped.

International Shipping
Currently, we ship to U.S. addresses only.

Lost or Delayed Packages
Once your order has shipped, we are not responsible for lost or delayed packages. Please contact USPS with your tracking number for delivery issues. That said, if something seems off — reach out, and we’ll do our best to help!

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. We are not responsible for packages sent to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
