Returns, Exchanges & Cancellations
We want you to love your purchase! If you have any concerns with your order, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and we’ll do our best to make it right.
Exchanges
🌸 Watch Bands: Because these are custom-sized, we do not accept returns — but we do offer exchanges within 7 days of delivery. Please contact us to arrange sizing adjustments or an exchange.
🌸 Buyer is responsible for return shipping unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
Returns
We gladly accept returns on the following items:
🌸 Pens, wine stoppers, and other non-custom, non-wearable items
🌸 Items must be in original, unused condition and returned within 7 days of delivery.
Refunds will be issued to your original payment method once the return is received and inspected.
Items Not Eligible for Return or Exchange
Due to the nature of these items, we cannot accept returns or exchanges on:
🌸 Earrings (for hygiene/sanitation reasons)
🌸 Custom or personalized items
🌸 Sale items
Order Cancellations
Changed your mind? No problem!
We accept cancellations before your order has shipped. Please contact us as soon as possible to cancel your order. Once it has shipped, it will follow the return/exchange policy above.
